The recommendation starts from Richard coming to give us an estimate and advising us of things we hadn't thought of and things we didn't need, Raymond in the showroom advising us of the finer details... through to the fitters.
Lockwood Windows were very professional from start to finish. Richard carried out the initial survey, during which his knowledge, advice, and friendly approach was obvious which gave me confidence.
From start to finish it was a really positive experience. Raymond gave great guidance without trying to push me down any one route or another which resulted in getting a door that both my girlfriend and I are over the moon with.
Every room was clean and the sills finished off perfectly. I expected to do some cleaning and maybe a bit of painting after, but not required! Every room was clean... thank you very much.
The fitters were incredibly clean and efficient - they arrived when they said they would and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves each day and at the end of the job. The finished job is so neat.
We had fantastic initial advice and outstanding work fitting all new windows and doors into our 124 year old house. The quality and finish of our new windows and doors surpasses our expectations... the workmanship is truly outstanding.
