Lockwood Windows are delighted to congratulate their clients, architects One 17 Design and contractor Graham Construction, on their success at the recent West Yorkshire Regional LABC Building Excellence Awards.

The pairing were winners of the ‘New Dwellings 2-15 units’ category for their development Delamere Gardens in Fixby, Huddersfield, for which Lockwood Windows provided a range of windows and doors.

The large detached properties are amongst the most expensive in Kirklees and have a high level of specification and finish to match - which included the products supplied by Lockwood Windows.

With our ability to manufacture in our own factory we could offer the Delamere Gardens team a bespoke service, tailor-making the doors and windows to individual specifications - ideal for this particular project.

The range of bespoke items we provided included solid wood doors, shaped windows and bi-fold doors. 

The LABC Awards recognise builders and developers who achieve continuous high standards of workmanship, and those companies who were winners at the Regional finals now have the opportunity to be nominated for the prestigious National Awards held in London in November.

 The Lockwood Windows' team would like to wish both One 17 Design and Graham Construction the best of luck for the National finals.

We would also like to congratulate contractors RB Developments for their nomination in the Single Dwelling category for Sycamore Lodge in Brighouse, for which we provided PVCu windows.
