Lockwood Windows are now making Homeowner Energy Rating Certificates for windows available as part of all our new installations.
The certificates are part of a new British Fenestration Rating Council (BFRC) scheme that is designed to give homeowners proof of the level of energy efficiency their new windows achieve.
They will provide information specific to the property and the products installed, and will also include confirmation that the work was carried out by Lockwood Windows (a BFRC authorised retailer) and feature the familiar ‘rainbow’ energy efficiency rating label.
As the BFRC is recognised as an industry authority, the certificates can be presented as evidence of the new PVCu windows’ energy efficiency to both EPC surveyors and prospective buyers when you come to sell your house.
Homeowner Energy Rating Certificates are available from Lockwood Windows on request. Simply ask a member of the Lockwood team when our installers fit your new energy-efficient windows.
