The care home, built by long-standing client property developer Conroy Brook, is owned and managed by leading care home provider Meridian Healthcare, and this is the second property the Lockwood Windows team have supplied windows and doors for.

In 2012 / 2013 they also supplied and installed products for The Oakes in Huddersfield. This development subsequently received the runner-up award in the prestigious Pinders Healthcare Design Awards 2013.

Augustus Court features 58 bedrooms plus exceptional facilities including a range of lounges; a library; coffee shop, cinema room, salon and gym.

For this project Lockwood Windows provided over 80 uPVC cream windows, composite doors and 3 cream uPVC French doors for the property.
