Customer service is extremely important to us, so we ensure that we liaise closely with our customers from first contact - whether in our showroom or on the phone. But our service doesn't end when the window, door or conservatory project is completed. We offer an aftersales service and are available to our customers whenever they need help or advice.

The staff at this company are so good - helping you chose the best door/ window to suit your house and there is so much choice. The doors are much better quality than those I have seen elsewhere and they are fitted to an excellent standard.

Just had a composite door and a french window fitted and I love them. I highly recommend Lockwood windows. The gentleman, I think he was called Raymond, who came to measure up and helped us in the showroom was great and really helpful. Mark and Matthew, the fitters, were so professional and clean.They did a great job of fitting them. So pleased and now draft free.
